Dublin native, Paul brings over 20yrs of experience in the hospitality industry. He has a proven track record of success in managing restaurants & bars in Ireland & Germany, where he honed his skills in operations, customer service & staff management. Since moving to the U.S in 2013, he has been an active member of the Orange County Irish community. Previously the GM at Pub Thirty Two from 2017 - 2022, he has also managed a number of Southern California restaurants gaining additional experience in fine dining and high quality service. He brings this knowledge along with a passion for hard work & community to his new role as the GM and co-owner of Pub Thirty Two.
